Can you tailor coverage to our event?
Yes. Every engagement starts with your brief — scale, run sheet, deliverables and budget — and we build the coverage plan around it. From a one-hour ceremony to a multi-day program, the team is shaped to fit.
How far in advance should we book?
For conferences and major events, four to six weeks' notice lets us plan coverage properly. Working to a tighter deadline? Contact us anyway — we regularly accommodate urgent requests, subject to availability.
What is the turnaround time?
Standard delivery is [X] business days for photography and [X] weeks for video projects. Need assets sooner? Same-day highlights are available as an add-on for time-sensitive communications.
How are images licensed and delivered?
